Prime Growth Engine
A concept for Simon Madder, November 2026
Prepared by NxtLayr AI

Who each adviser should talk to this week, why, and what to say.

A weekly engine that reads Prime's client data and the market, sends each adviser their next conversations in Teams with the draft already in Outlook, and adds a growth page to your command centre so you can see whether it happened. It runs inside Prime's Microsoft 365, and advisers don't get anything new to log into.

Every client, name and count on this page is sample data.

"Our selling system, cross-sell, account management and new business development is just too much focused on relying on humans to do what humans sometimes don't naturally do."

What an adviser sees

Nothing new to log into. On Monday morning each adviser gets one Teams message with their clients for the week, and the drafts are already in their Outlook. Logging what happened takes one tap, and it's what feeds your growth page.

How it connects to what Prime already runs

Nothing here replaces a system your teams use today, and nothing writes into Salesforce. The engine reads exports from the tools you already have, does its thinking in the Microsoft 365 layer we've built for your dashboard, and delivers through Teams and Outlook. Select any part to see what it does.

Where the data comes from

Read-only scheduled exports. Nothing writes back to them.

Prime's data layer

Inside Prime's Microsoft 365. Already in place for the dashboard.

The engine

Prime's rules decide. AI explains and drafts.

Where it shows up

No new logins for advisers.

Three places it finds growth

Each path follows a client journey you described on the call. The engine knows where each client sits on the path and flags the next step when the timing's right.

R&D clients into ongoing advisory

Biotech and life sciences businesses that already trust Prime with their R&D tax incentive.

R&D tax incentiveWhere most start
Virtual CFO and cash flow forecastingFlagged after a claim, a raise or a revenue jump
Accounting and tax complianceThe ongoing relationship

Typical signals: claim lodged, capital raise announced, grant awarded, headcount growing, revenue up on last year.

Stock Doctor members into wealth

High net worth investors already paying for Prime's research, many doing it themselves.

AllSight and investment toolsBundled, a simple next step
Part-managed, advice or SMSFWhen complexity grows

Typical signals: plan upgrade, portfolio size growing, retirement age approaching, a question about super or structures.

Real estate as a market and a channel

Agencies and franchisors who need forecasting themselves, and whose clients need loans.

Lending referral partnershipTheir buyers, Prime's loans

Typical signals: new offices or franchisees, leadership change, market movement in their region.

Where the value shows up

The value is measured in Prime's own numbers, and it all lands on your dashboard, so nobody has to argue about whether it's working.

The early sign it's working

The share of flagged opportunities advisers act on. We track it from week one, so if a list isn't being used you'll see it straight away.

The lasting sign

Products held per client rising, division by division, alongside services won and revenue from the existing book.

How it would roll out

One division first, proven on real clients, before it touches the rest of the group. Each stage has to earn the next.

1First

One division's book

Start where the client journey is clearest, likely R&D into virtual CFO.

  • Journey rules written with the division head
  • Monday Teams list and Outlook drafts for each adviser
  • Growth page live on your command centre
Moves on when the division head agrees the flags are sound and advisers are acting on them.
2Then

Wealth, SMSF and Stock Doctor

Extend the same engine to the other divisions and the Stock Doctor member base.

  • Rules for each division
  • Compliance-approved wording for advice-adjacent messages
  • Outcomes written back to Salesforce, if Prime's admin team wants them there
Moves on when each division clears the same bar.
3Then

New business in one vertical

Turn on market signals for the vertical you pick, with fast follow-up on every lead.

  • Signal watching and target lists
  • Adviser-approved outreach drafts
  • Follow-up that runs until a lead says yes or no
Measured by meetings booked from leads the team didn't have before.

Built for a regulated firm

Prime's advisers and compliance team stay in control of every client conversation.

An adviser sends every message

The system drafts and reminds. It never contacts a client on its own.

Compliance signs off the wording

Drafts start from approved templates and stay factual, opening a conversation rather than giving advice.

Data stays in Prime's systems

Everything runs inside Prime's Microsoft 365. Salesforce and the other source systems are read-only, and nothing writes back to them.

Every flag shows its reason

Advisers see exactly which facts triggered a suggestion and where each one came from.
